A&M Financial Services Industry (“FSI”) is a multinational division within the firm that works with leading financial services institutions across Europe and the USA, and revolves around four core areas of expertise: M&A, Performance Improvement, Credit and Real Estate Advisory, Bank Restructuring and Regulatory Advisory. Within A&M’s FSI, the Portfolio Advisory Group (PAG) team is and has been a leading advisor to financial institutions, credit and servicing platforms, investors and financiers in respect of credit, real estate, distressed and non-core assets and financial platform transactions M&A. Reflecting its international marketplace, the team is headquartered in London, Madrid, Milan and Athens, with comprehensive coverage across markets in EMEA through our other offices.
