The Investment Banking team works with mid to large corporate and private equity investors on M&A and financing mandates. The practice specializes in Consumer & Consumer-tech, Healthcare and Manufacturing & Industrials sectors.
A&M is expanding its investment banking team and is looking for Senior Managers with proven track record in transaction management.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager in the investment banking team will play a pivotal role in supporting senior bankers in origination and execution of transactions. The candidate should have a strong background in financial analysis, pitches & collaterals preparation, diligence management, and the client management, with a strong desire to build expertise in Healthcare sector.

Qualifications:
Education: CA/ MBA preferred, with a strong academic background.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in corporate finance, with demonstrated experience in closing PE and M&A transactions in healthcare.
