Transfer Pricing 

At A&M our transfer pricing team work closely together with all areas of our practice to advice our clients on all aspects of transfer pricing. This includes policy design and implementation, M&A pre- and post-deal advisory, transfer pricing documentation, corporate restructuring, and transfer pricing dispute advisory.

As a result of our growth, we are expanding our Transfer Pricing team and are looking for a Assistant Director to join our team.

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • You will be part of driving further growth in our practice, by actively working and building relationships with our existing clients and A&M teams
  • You will help develop or offerings and deliver models by partnering with internal and external providers
  • You will be responsible for growing our existing client base by actively spotting and developing new opportunities
  • You will develop technical advice and present findings to our clients and other stakeholders
  • Provide leadership, develop, mentor, and motivate junior team members by actively participating in their advancement through on-the-job training, providing performance feedback, counseling, and fostering our team-based atmosphere

Qualifications: 

  • NOB qualified (or equivalent professional qualification) or equivalent international or legal professional qualification or equivalent work experience
  • A strong networker and proven ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track record in developing commercial propositions that makes a difference to our clients
  • A proven track record of delivering high quality advise and services to clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
