A&M’s Financial Services Industry (FSI) team collaborates with leading financial institutions worldwide, offering deep expertise across a range of areas, including Performance Improvement, Loan Portfolio Advisory, Restructuring, Regulatory Advisory, Capital Solutions, and M&A Advisory. We partner with clients at every stage of their journey – whether driving growth or navigating restructuring – helping them overcome complex challenges with customized, strategic solutions. Our clients include banks, private equity firms, insurance companies, regulators, wealth and asset managers, and other specialized financial services organizations.
With a presence in London, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Frankfurt, or Dubai, our team operates across key financial markets in EMEA, bringing global insight to local challenges.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Financial Services M&A team. In this role, you will work closely with senior professionals on complex, high-profile transactions within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, managerial, and client-facing skills, as well as the ability to contribute to both deal execution and strategic advisory.

Preferred Educational Background: Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field from a Tier 1 university or business school.
Experience: Credible & relevant investment banking experience, ideally within FIG or financial services advisory.
