Analista em Tributos Indiretos (TAX)

Description

Atividades e Responsabilidades:

• Dialogar com a empresa-alvo ou cliente sobre a natureza das principais operações e identificar aspectos que possam impactar a tributação.
• Auxiliar nas análises dos projetos e apresentação a clientes ;
• Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios detalhados de Due Diligence.
• Efetuar os cálculos de potencial exposição fiscal em função dos riscos identificados e analisar o impacto em EBITDA
• Estimar potenciais impactos em Capital de giro e Dívida em função das análises tributárias.
• Contribuir para o desenvolvimento da prática apoiando o desenvolvimento de produtos, metodologias e equipe;

Qualificações:

• Ensino Superior completo em áreas de Direito, Contabilidade, Administração.
• Possuir conhecimento sólido em legislação tributária brasileira, com foco em tributos indiretos (PIS,COFINS, IPI, ICMS, ISS).
• Nível avançado para ferramenta Excel;
• Inglês fluente;
• Disponibilidade para atuar em São Paulo ou região.

Competências:

• Alta capacidade analítica (capacidade de analisar grandes bases de dados);
• Ter atuado com “identificação de oportunidades” será um diferencial
• Capacidade de comunicar ideias complexas em inglês e português ;
• Avaliações de alta performance nas passagens anteriores é um diferencial.
