Alvarez & Marsal, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated recent graduate to join our 
Knowledge Management (KM) team as a Knowledge Management Process Services Analyst. 
This role is part of a developing KM team and candidates will work alongside the US based KPS 
team in supporting tactical and repeatable knowledge management and content work for 
internal operations, supporting each KM pillar, and Business Unit-driven services. The team 
specializes in process mapping and providing support services to stakeholders, including 
tracking and executing solutions for business units. 

The KM team is a growing capability that serves all global business at Alvarez & Marsal. The 
team has resources across the globe and is building a team based in India to support our 
growing capability set. 


Responsibilities - 

KM Process Services Team: Responsible for supporting tactical and repeatable knowledge 
management and content work to drive efficiency and help KM scale to support stakeholders, 
business units, knowledge processes and needs. 


With this team, the KM Analyst will:

  • Provide support to our global business units with activities such as: document 
    sanitization, tagging documents with metadata, cross posting content, content 
    organization, reporting and analytics, search and discovery support, content quality 
    assurances, document uploading, provide case study support, content migration, and 
    automation support using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
  • Engage with the KPS team to track workflows, processes, and communicate progress 
    on various continuous tasks.
  • Collaborate with KPS team to evaluate processes currently in place for effectiveness 
    and efficiency.
  • Foster relationship with the KM team to ensure clarity of communication.
  • Gain and share knowledge of processes, approaches, methods, tools/platforms etc. with 
    team colleagues, so it can be leveraged across the firm.
  • Provide insight into business needs, initiatives, and end-user experience to help ensure 
    global KM service offerings remain relevant and aligned to overall strategy.

Qualifications - 

  • Recent university graduates (bachelor’s degree +) with experienced professionals with 
    minimum 3-4 years of experience in Knowledge Management practices and/or content 
    management.
  • Bachelor's degree in related area or similar work/technical experience in Business 
    Studies, Business Administration, Management, Technology or Library Sciences.
  • Internship or work experience with transferable skills preferred.
  • Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Fluent English is essential (this person will report to an English-speaking global team); 
    however, other additional languages (Portuguese, Mandarin, others) would add value 
    but are not required.
