Strategy and Transformation Practice:

Within A&M, Strategy and Transformation Practice works with Private Equity and Corporate clients throughout the business cycle by furnishing transaction advisory, growth strategy advisory, turnaround, interim and crisis management.

We differentiate ourselves by the result-driven approach, the hands-on mindset, and the ability to provide leadership amidst complex situations. Our areas of expertise include but not limited to revenue enhancement; cost optimization; supply chain operations; manufacturing operations; transformation; interim and crisis management; merger integration; CFO finance leadership etc.

Due to tremendous demand within Asia region, A&M Korea is looking to hire Associate level candidate in our Strategy and Transformation Practice in Seoul Office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with minimum 5 years of working experience or Holders of an overseas MBA or a Doctorate degree
  • Native Korean with proficiency in English; proficiency in Japanese and/or Chinese is preferred
  • Consulting firm background is preferred
  • Ability to define and structure problems
  • Problem-solving skills based on hypothetical thinking
  • Possess good business logics with good communication & interpersonal skills
