Our highly respected Infrastructure & Capital Projects (A&M INFRA) team is built on deep industry sector expertise with a demonstrably differentiated ability to address the most complex problems facing our public and private sector clients. Our multi-disciplinary team solving high-stakes issues for our clients across the capital project and infrastructure deal lifecycles. We are focused on improving outcomes on capital projects, mitigating risks and protecting value by reducing the level of uncertainty associated with the development, delivery and operation of programmes and projects. 

A&M INFRA is further expanding in Central Asia, and we are looking to recruit Senior Associate to join our fast-growing Astana-based practice. Working alongside some of the industry's brightest minds and most experienced colleagues, you will have an active role in the execution of client assignments and contributing to our success.

Activities and Responsibilities

  • Participate in the execution of work according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Develop a detailed work plan to ensure adherence to the scope, timeline, and quality outlined in the technical proposal.
  • Execute I&CP service lines with proficiency.
  • Deliver comprehensive presentations to Managers, Directors, and C-Level executives.
  • Engage in various projects, collaborating with colleagues and clients across a variety of sectors and functional areas.
  • Facilitate effective collaborations between leadership, achieving alignments and producing outcomes that serve the interests of all stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to project demands and anticipate critical actions for the success of initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional background in Engineering or Consulting in Performance Improvement and Operational Excellence
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure and Capital Projects service lines.
  • Proven experience in project management is a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluent Russian and English

  • Proactive in acquiring knowledge of project management tools.
  • Capability to coordinate deliveries from analysts and interns on projects.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Capacity to present work comprehensively to managers and clients.
