Overview of the Role

We are looking for an experienced Client Onboarding Specialist to join our fast-growing Tax team. This is not your average Client Onboarding role, as you will have full responsibility for the project lifecycle from Client Onboarding to Project Setup. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-task and build strong working relationships and be able to influence senior leadership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can manage their own workload whilst being an integral team player and who enjoys working in a busy but rewarding and challenging role. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and Maintain the Shared Inboxes, processing all requests in FIFO (first in, first out) order
  • Proactively process and manage requests to completion in the Shared inboxes
  • Inform engagement teams of Request status from Submission to Completion
  • Maintain Tracker Hygiene, ensuring to add and update all requests in a timely fashion
  • Answer inquiries from Client Engagement Teams regarding Requests and Processes
  • Coordinate with our corporate partners in Conflicts, AR, and Quality Assurance to ensure timely completion of requests and receive status updates
  • Escalate all unresolved requests in a Timely fashion
  • Attend bi-weekly meetings of the Global Client Onboarding Team
  • Managing expectations within the Engagement teams regarding request and processes.
  • Approach all inquiries with a seek to understand mindset and seek to educate intent

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build relationships with individuals across all levels of seniority.
  • Previous experience in the professional services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely detail oriented, acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated, organized, and able to prioritize workload, multitask and work independently.
  • Driven to contribute to the success of the team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various situations.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Applications, including, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
