This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Associate/ Associate Director (m/f/d) to join a strongly positioned and growing business and play an instrumental role in delivering exciting complex projects to clients. The candidates will work with experienced colleagues to deliver multi-stakeholder, multi-national and domestic restructuring advisory engagements.


Main responsibilities:
As part of a select and highly skilled team you will have the opportunity to:
•    Advise and implement alongside client’s executives, investors, lenders or any other stakeholders facing distressed situations
•    Conduct diagnostic assessment of key issues and business outlook, appraisal of options & contingency planning and liquidity forecasting 
•    Develop and implement restructuring plans and integrated financial models as well as short term cash flow forecasting tools 
•    Evaluate business plans and financial projections, including assessments of risks and opportunities - Contribute to performance monitoring following business plan implementation
•    Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders in Switzerland and the European Restructuring community through the delivery of value added client engagements
•    Contribute to business development activities including the creation of client pitches and proposals to win new mandates
Senior Associates and Associates Directors are encouraged to take on responsibility at A&M and they benefit from established training programs and mentorships. They are also encouraged to internally network with other service lines and work on external marketing events.


Candidate profile:
•    Strong academic background combined with experience within a Restructuring team at a leading consultancy firm or a Big 4 
•    The ability to demonstrate experience in leading work streams in restructuring projects within a client engagement 
•    Fluent business level English and German are essential. French and Italian are an advantage 
•    Strong financial analysis skills
•    Advanced level of experience in financial modeling with ability to build 13-week cash flow forecast and 3-statement financial models with limited oversight
•    Ideally knowledge about Swiss market
