Key responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic operational insight IT transformation support to private equity owned and corporate businesses (deep functional knowledge)
  • Advising and implementing IT performance improvement programs across a wide range of industry sectors
  • Evaluating both cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities
  • Carry out effective technology and E-Commerce due diligence pre-transaction, and provide necessary post transaction services (Post Merger Integration, Carve Out, 100-day planning)
  • Conduct rapid diagnostics & detailed IT due diligence looking into a company's immediate and future major Technology issues, digital propositions, product profitability, cost base, processes and overall options for performance improvement
  • Leading the post-acquisition work to ensure that the IT Due Diligence and Operations Due Diligence was realized in full and in the shortest possible time
  • 100-day IT planning for carve-outs and post-merger integration, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Design and implement Digital Transformation initiatives in Data Science & Analytics, Digital Workforce & Artificial Intelligence and Digitization.
  • Contribute to business development activity including developing successful pitches and selling, on from the initial “diagnostic” project phase into implementation work

Requirements:

  • Technology background with track record of executional success in IT / digital transformation (preferably in European market)
  • Strong understanding of digital technology including, analysis and data mapping skills of IT cost trends, IT product and support systems and vendor / supplier relationships
  • Excellent financial skills and experience in Top Tier strategy consultancy / Big 4 advisory / boutique IT consulting firms / consulting arms of big IT firms
  • A recent track record of successfully delivering IT due diligence (pre-deal) and/or post deal (merger / carve-out) IT program and/or IT transformation
  • Experience in IT integrations and separations, identifying IT synergies, outsourcing opportunities and costs reduction programs
  • Proven ability to work in international teams and create measurable and identifiable improvements in Technology & IT
  • Strong communication skills with requisite gravitas – ability to present it in a clear and meaningful way; ability to conceptualize, summarize, and provide key messages to senior client maps
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
