As an Associate Director, you will be working closely with Senior Directors and Managing Directors in a flat team structure. You will likely lead projects and benefit from constant exposure to the senior members of the team and client, and gain ‘on-the-job’ learning and development, leveraging on their substantial experience. Alongside, you will also be validating and executing on operations-focused problem solving and transformation activities on our clients’ projects. Additionally, you will also have the chance to contribute to business development activities, discuss and suggest the development of innovative offerings for our market and considerably nurture and enlarge your professional network as well.
Considering the pace of targeted growth, we are keen to find people who are entrepreneurial, driven by a passion to drive significant growth (people who can think in multiples of growth rather than percentages), are comfortable with ambiguity, will roll up the sleeves and be hands on to get things done and can be independent requiring limited cover.
The role will be initially based in Gurgaon. However, the person should be open to travel as and when needed and should be open to relocate to Mumbai or Bengaluru as the capability center scales and decide to relocate.

Key responsibilities: As a Associate Director within GCC CRG, you will:
• Develop/ Deliver CRG solutions
o Pro-actively lead and contribute as a member of the CRG team to develop/ deliver solutions within the Consumer Products (Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Household Goods, Health & Wellness, Electronics etc.) and Retail domain (Grocery, Apparel, Department Stores/ General Merchandise, E-Commerce, B2B Retail etc.)
o Lead projects independently with senior leadership and leverage support from supervisors as required
o Bring in deep expertise across various Consumer Products and Retail sub-sectors or key clients to drive strategic insights and enhance overall project outcomes
o Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging appropriate analytical tools (like Tableau/Power BI, Alteryx/Python, Excel and PowerPoint), perform thorough data validation and reality checks to ensure timely, error-free execution and the delivery of accurate, high-quality results
• Build and own client relationships
o Identify and assess client needs and circumstances, adapting to case requirements. Exhibit the ability to tackle complex issues across various work streams. Conduct client calls to discern critical priorities and apply CRG sector-specific insights to address client specific challenges
o Foster client relationships while displaying an in-depth understanding of their businesses, enabling quick uptake of additional responsibilities
o Communicate work plans, project objectives, and timelines clearly to multidisciplinary teams. Share data and insights effectively, outlining their implications for the client. Develop and assess realistic solutions based on solid reality checks, providing actionable recommendations
o Assist with business development, lead proposal pitch preparation and lead meetings with senior CRG clients
• Mentoring and resource development
o Provide coaching and mentorship to Analysts and Associates of the CRG team by actively participating in their advancement through on-the-job training, providing performance feedback, counselling, and fostering our team-based atmosphere
o Manage workloads and deadlines for Analysts and Associates with focuses on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the project team
o Manage multiple projects, client engagements and budgets simultaneously and efficiently
o Encourage open expression of ideas and opinions, actively seeks opportunities for others to share diverse experiences and perspectives
