A&M Corporate Performance Improvement 
Consulting Career Development  Program (CCDP) – Application Description 
 
The Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) Corporate Performance Improvement CCD Program connects participants with an Alvarez & Marsal Analyst/Consultant to receive 1:1 mentorship and support throughout the Spring season.The program is an opportunity for rising juniors to learn about the firm, both professionally and culturally, and for A&M to learn about you. During each core meeting with their mentor, participants will prepare for the upcoming Fall recruitment cycle, network, and discuss the A&M culture. Students and A&M mentors will work together to find dates that mutually work best to meet and discuss the program content across the program. 
Program Details 
This is a five-week program starting with a kick-off call on Friday, March 7. Participating students will have many opportunities to connect with their A&M mentor throughout the program: 
  • Week 1 – Behavioral Interview Prep + Feedback Session
  • Week 2 – Case (1) Interview Prep + Feedback Session
  • Week 3 – Case (2) Interview Prep + Feedback Session
  • Week 4 – Networking Opportunity with A&M Corporate Performance Improvement Leadership
  • Week 5 – Program Wrap-Up call
Requirements 
Students applying to the Consulting Career Development Program must meet the following requirements: 
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.50
  • Expected graduation date of May 2027 or later
  • Does not need work Visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Interested in applying for 2026 summer analyst (intern) opportunities with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, or Seattle
