At A&M’s Restructuring practice, our Financial Restructuring team works closely with companies, investors, and creditors to navigate complex restructuring processes. We specialize in evaluating the risks and opportunities of business plans and developing innovative, tailored solutions to maximize recovery.
As a Working Student – Financial Restructuring Advisory, you will become an integral part of a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in high-impact, multi-stakeholder, and cross-border restructuring projects, contributing to meaningful outcomes for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll have the opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Supporting business development activities, such as creating compelling client pitches and proposals to secure new projects
- Conducting initial diagnostic assessments of companies’ key challenges and business outlooks
- Performing capital structure modeling and financial analysis to inform decision-making
- Assessing financial key performance indicators and cash flow to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with team members to advise companies or stakeholders facing financial challenges
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure the success of client engagements
What We’re Looking For:
Ideally, you bring:
- Enrollment in an advanced bachelor’s or master’s program, with a strong academic record
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- A goal-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A strong affinity for numbers, paired with excellent communication skills and an approachable, collaborative nature
- Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
