Who are we looking for?
At A&M, we are looking to expand our Supply Chain & Operations advisory team. We are looking for a techno-functional supply chain manager who can work as an independent contributor to drive supply chain optimization, analytics, and strategy projects for our clients. Considering the pace of targeted growth, we are keen to find a person who is entrepreneurial, driven by a passion to drive significant growth, is comfortable with ambiguity, will roll up the sleeves and be hands on to get things done and can be independent requiring limited cover.
Reports to: Senior Director – Performance Improvement
Location: Gurgaon
Key responsibilities:
1. Supply Chain Strategy – Target operating model, maturity assessment, processtransformation (Forecast to Plan, Schedule to Produce, Maintain to Optimize, Store toFulfil, or Idea to Commercialization)
2. Supply Chain Analytics – Ability to build support client’s deliverable by leveragingsupply chain analytics. The candidate should have an understanding of supply chain core areas and ability to build models like SKU rationalization, cost
-to-serve model, centre-of-gravity, RCCP, customer segmentation, spend cube, OTIF, Control Tower, Digital Twin, etc.
3. Supply Chain Planning – The candidate should understand the supply chain planning process including demand planning, supply planning (Inventory, procurement, & logistics)
4. Supply Chain Optimization – Should be experienced in building and implementing solutions like inventory optimization, cost optimization, network optimization, warehouse operations optimization, etc.
5. Experience / Certification in Alteryx, Power BI, python, Linear programming platforms, etc. would be an added advantage.
Requirements:
•MBA/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
•Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics and who have consulting experience
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to simultaneously work on several projects and effectively manage deadlines
•High motivation to learn and grow
•Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to excel in a deadline-driven environment
