The Team
A&M’s Business Intelligence Unit is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Data & Analytics professional. Our marketing team is comprised of top talent from all around the world, with members in nearly every time zone. This role focuses on leveraging advanced data and analytics skills to deliver actionable insights for Global Marketing and its internal customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing data modelling, querying, and visualization to support A&M’s competitive edge through data-driven insights.
How you will contribute
- Serve as the steward of Marketing and CRM data and analytics.
- Enhance the ingestion, modelling, querying, and visualization of Marketing and Business Development data.
- Deliver high-quality self-service reports and dashboards to meet the needs of Global Marketing and internal customers.
- Propose and manage initiatives to improve Marketing data and analytics across A&M.
- Ensure the availability, consistency, security, and compliance of Marketing data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degree in Data Science preferred).
- Prior experience in Data Science and Analytics.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Google Analytics Certification).
- Expertise in creating advanced data visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of data quality principles, big data management, and data harmonization.
- Proficiency in tools such as Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), Alteryx, Snowflake, PowerBI, Advanced Excel, Tableau, and similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Knowledge of statistical methodologies and SQL query optimization.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence clients.
- High motivation to learn and grow, with a team-oriented mindset.
