Team Profile:
- Alvarez & Marsal’s Business Transformation Services (BTS) practice works with a wide variety of clients across business sectors globally, to develop and execute growth and business transformation plans
- The practice covers varied sectors such as healthcare, financial services, real estate, transportation & logistics, consumer packaged goods & retail, automotive, energy & services, industrial goods, aviation and metals & mining
- The practice is comprised of highly trained and experienced cross-disciplinary advisers with industry, operations, Information Technology and finance backgrounds
- The Digital Technology & Transformation Services Team within BTS works in two specific areas:
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions (pre-deal tech diligence, day 1-100 planning & execution)
- Performance Improvement using large scale business/ digital transformation programs to achieve organic growth and/or improve EBITDA
- This team consists of highly trained and experienced tech experts across customer experience and digital strategy, digital technology and solutions, enterprise IT, data analytics, automation, IT infrastructure and cyber security

Basic Qualifications:
- MBA/ PGDM with B. Tech from a reputed institute with a technology background
Experience:
Required:
- 4-8 years of prior experience with an IT technology / consulting organization, professional services / consulting from a management consultancy, IT services firm
- Experience in M&A transactions, specifically in pre-deal (IT Due diligence and red flag reports) and/or post-deal IT integration, carveout / separation across areas such as Applications, Infrastructure, IT TSA Costing & Analysis, IT Operating model, PMO support
- IT project execution experience with an in-depth knowledge of IT project life cycle
- Analytically strong, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop new business with external clients
- Flexibility to travel, as required by business
Preferred:
- Experience of cloud infrastructure strategy and cyber security fundamentals
- Experience of enterprise applications strategy and IT operating model
- Experience of digital strategy and customer experience design & implementation
- Experience working in pre-sales / solution design
