Descrição da Área:

O profissional será responsável pela manutenção e operação dos processos de Gestão de Conhecimento (KM) na organização, garantindo a captura, organização, atualização e controle das informações essenciais no sistema. Atuará como ponto de contato com líderes e equipes para alinhar as expectativas e assegurar que todos os documentos e projetos estejam devidamente registrados e acessíveis.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar a manutenção do sistema de Gestão de Conhecimento, garantindo que todas as informações estejam atualizadas e acessíveis.

  • Interagir com líderes, sócios e diretores para entender as expectativas da área de KM e adequar os processos às necessidades da organização.

  • Apoiar no uso de ferramentas como Power BI e Power Apps para desenvolver dashboards e aprimorar o acompanhamento de dados e projetos.

  • Revisar traduções de documentos quando necessário, garantindo a precisão e clareza das informações.

Qualificações:

  • Formação em áreas como Engenharia da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.

  • Boa capacidade analítica e habilidade de estruturar raciocínios.

  • Habilidades de comunicação escrita e oral.

  • Habilidade com BI (Business Intelligence) e Power Apps para análise e apresentação de dados será um diferencial.

  • Inglês intermediário a avançado (opcional).

  • Sólidos conhecimentos técnicos adquiridos na formação acadêmica.

  • Proatividade na busca por conhecimento sobre gestão de projetos.

  • Iniciativa e motivação para a tomada de decisões.

  • Habilidade de pensamento crítico.

  • Capacidade de atuar sob pressão.

  • Aptidão para desenvolver um bom relacionamento com clientes.

  • Habilidade para apresentar detalhadamente análises a gestores e clientes.
