Atividades e Responsabilidades:

  • Executar processos de folha de pagamento, incluindo cálculos de salários, benefícios, bônus e deduções;
  • Realizar cálculos de rescisão, garantindo conformidade com aspectos legais e contratuais;
  • Planejar e administrar férias, monitorando saldos disponíveis, fornecendo orientação aos colaboradores e assegurando a continuidade operacional;
  • Utilizar os sistemas de gerenciamento de folha de pagamento, especialmente Workday e ADP, para manter registros precisos e automatizar processos sempre que possível;
  • Prestar suporte em questões relacionadas a impostos, regulamentações trabalhistas e previdenciárias, acompanhando atualizações legais e regulatórias;
  • Colaborar com equipes internacionais, utilizando fluência em inglês para comunicação eficaz e alinhamento de melhores práticas globais.
     

Qualificações:

  • Experiência consolidada em Departamento Pessoal, com foco em folha de pagamento, cálculos de rescisão e administração de férias.
  • Proficiência no uso do Workday e conhecimento do ADP para processamento de folha de pagamento será um diferencial;
  • Inglês para interações com equipes internacionais, será um diferencial;
  • Sólido entendimento das leis trabalhistas, regulamentações previdenciárias e fiscais aplicáveis à folha de pagamento e administração de pessoal;
  • Disponibilidade para modelo híbrido na Berrini.
