deep operational and finance expertise with technology-led solutions to accelerate business growth and efficiency. Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Global Business Services (GBS) functions are one among several levers we utilize toward this purpose.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a member of the GCC Global Advisory team, you will work closely with Senior Directors, Managing Directors, and client leadership teams in a highly collaborative and impact-driven
environment. You will contribute to strategy development, operating model assessment, process benchmarking, transition execution, and digital transformation initiatives for leading global organizations.
This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise in GBS setup, functional transformation, shared services migration, and process optimization to drive large-scale transformation programs. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, innovative solution design, and market expansion initiatives.

• Are comfortable with ambiguity and take a hands-on, problem-solving approach to execution.
• Can work independently with minimal oversight while driving high-impact projects.
• Have experience in leading consulting engagements across multiple industries and global markets.
This role can be based in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon) or Bengaluru, with potential. We are seeking candidates flexible to travel on short notice (domestically or internationally). Travel requirement is still developing but could vary between 25-50% time to the client site.
Experience Required:
1. 15+ years of experience in consulting and transformation, specializing in GBS, GCC, and shared services setup, expansion, and optimization
2. Led end-to-end GCC/GBS transformation projects, including shared services/GBS/GCC business case & strategy development, operating model design, and transition / implementation
3. Expertise in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and execution, covering governance frameworks, cost structures, and service delivery models (Insourcing, Outsourcing).
4. Led multi-functional transitions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal), ensuring seamless service migration, knowledge transfer, and operational stabilization.
5. Strong experience in stakeholder management, including C-suite engagement and client relationship management across global markets (Europe, US, India, Rest of Asia, etc.).
6. Deep understanding of location strategy and feasibility assessments, including workforce planning, cost-benefit analysis, and investment modeling.
7. Managed large teams (20+ members), driving capability development and transformation projects across multiple industries.
8. Proven track record in business development, including RFI/RFP responses, solutioning, and contract negotiations for GBS/GCC deals.

• Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Strong track record in managing global clients and leading executive-level discussions.
• Process Optimization & Benchmarking: Knowledge of shared services process maturity models, KPI benchmarking, and governance frameworks.
• People & Team Leadership: Ability to mentor and develop teams, drive change, and build high-performing consulting units.
