Atividades e Responsabilidades:

• Liderança e garantia de qualidade na execução do escopo da A&M;
• Capacidade de execução das linhas de serviço de I&CP;
• Apresentação do trabalho completo para diretores, C-Level e Conselho executivo;
• Elaboração de Propostas Técnicas da A&M;
•Atuação em diversos projetos e trabalho com colaboradores e clientes em uma variedade de setores e áreas funcionais;
•Viabilizar articulações efetivas entre lideranças, conquistando alinhamentos e produzindo resultados que atendem aos interesses dos envolvidos;
•Liderar reuniões e apresentações junto ao nível gerencial e executivo do cliente e da A&M, transmitindo segurança e domínio dos temas abordados;
•Responder prontamente às demandas do projeto e antecipar ações críticas para o sucesso das iniciativas;

Qualificações:

• A partir de 5 anos de formação acadêmica em engenharia;
• Pós-graduação em gestão de projetos e/ou administração ou finanças será um diferencial;
• Conhecimento dos produtos de I&CP;
•Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos complexos em ambiente multicultural e corporativo;
•Habilidades de comunicação escrita e oral;
•Disponibilidade para viajar;
•Inglês avançado.

Competências: 

• Habilidade para tomada de decisões estratratégicas
• Facilidade em apresentação de estudos complexos elaborados pela A&M para o cliente em todos os níveis;
•Capacidade de liderar sob pressão, fluxos de trabalho em ritmo acelerado e/ou prazos curtos;
• Capacidade para coordenar entregas de equipe júnior;
• Capacidade de desenvolver relacionamento de longo prazo com cliente e com diferentes níveis hierárquicos;
