A&M Infra

A área tem como objetivo atuar em todo o ciclo de vida de projetos de capital intensivo (grandes empreendimentos, projetos de logística, mineração, energia, O&G, entre outros). A atuação da A&M vai desde o suporte a estruturação de projetos, participação em processos M&A relacionados a ativos de infraestrutura, passa por todas as etapas de desenvolvimento/implantação de um projeto e segue até a gestão do ativo.

 

Atividades e Responsabilidades:

• Atuar em processos de governança, garantindo o alinhamento e a execução eficiente dos projetos.

• Aplicar a metodologia Lean Construction para otimizar processos e reduzir desperdícios.

• Consolidar dados para permitir uma análise crítica da situação.

• Elaborar apresentações e relatórios internos e para clientes.

• Apresentar dados analisados a gestores e clientes.

• Participar da execução de projetos, cumprindo prazos e padrões de qualidade.

• Executar as linhas de serviço de I&CP.

• Trabalhar em múltiplos projetos e colaborar com colegas e clientes em diversas áreas e setores.

• Responder rapidamente às demandas do projeto e antecipar ações essenciais para o sucesso das iniciativas.

 

Qualificações:

• Formação acadêmica em Engenharia.

• Experiência em gestão de projetos e/ou obras, com conhecimento de ferramentas como Last Planner System, Planejamento e Project Controls.

• Conhecimento e vivência na aplicação da metodologia Lean Construction.

• Habilidade analítica e capacidade de estruturar raciocínios de forma clara e objetiva.

• Conhecimento de outras metodologias de gestão de projetos será considerado um diferencial.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, tanto escrita quanto oral.

• Disponibilidade para viagens.

• Sólidos conceitos técnicos aprendidos na universidade;
• Pró-atividade para adquirir conhecimentos relacionados a gestão de projetos;
• Iniciativa e drive para tomada de decisões;
• Critical thinking skills;
• Habilidades para atuar sob pressão;
• Habilidade para desenvolver bom relacionamento com cliente;
• Habilidade para apresentação em detalhe das análises realizadas para gestores e cliente.
