Analista de Riscos, Processos e Controles Internos

Responsável por mapear, analisar e melhorar processos internos, identificar e avaliar riscos, e implementar controles eficazes para mitigação. Interação com clientes de diversos setores e diferentes áreas de negócio para garantir entendimento de processos e discussão de melhores práticas aplicáveis à realidade existente.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições Principais:

  • Mapeamento e desenho de processos internos (as is e to be);
  • Análise crítica de processos para identificação de fragilidades e riscos associados;
  • Definição de medidas aplicáveis para tratativa das fragilidades e riscos;
  • Definição de ações de melhoria para otimização e/ou automatização de processos;
  • Elaboração de materiais suporte de processos (políticas corporativas e normativos internos, fluxogramas, matrizes de responsabilidade, SIPOC, entre outros);
  • Elaboração de materiais e apoio na condução de treinamentos;
  • Mapeamento e avaliação de riscos operacionais e de negócio;
  • Elaboração de relatórios e dashboards para acompanhamento e reporte de riscos à alta gestão;
  • Levantamento, definição e implementação de controles internos;
  • Realização de testes de desenho e de efetividade de controles internos;
  • Condução de reuniões e comunicação de resultados com diferentes públicos e perfis de clientes;
  • Elaboração de relatórios e papéis de trabalho com coerência de raciocínio e impacto efetivo.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Graduação em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia, ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência comprovada em gestão de riscos, processos e controles internos;
  • Conhecimento em metodologias de mapeamento e análise de processos (ex.: BPMN, Six Sigma);
  • Conhecimento de metodologias como COSO, ISO 31000, SOX e frameworks de auditoria interna;
  • Habilidade em ferramentas de análise e visualização de dados (ex.: Excel, Power BI);
  • Proficiência em inglês avançado;
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e apresentação;
  • Habilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa com diversas equipes;
  • Pensamento crítico e habilidades analíticas para resolver problemas complexos;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho em escritório com possibilidade de viagens ocasionais.
