The Team

A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice focuses on serving upper middle market and large-cap private equity firms. The PEPI Supply Chain group specializes in analysing supply chain processes, including strategic sourcing, logistics, demand/supply planning, and distribution, to identify value creation opportunities. The team develops roadmaps to accelerate these opportunities and assists clients in driving measurable improvements to their bottom line.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and fast-growing practice.

How you will contribute

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ supply chains, including manufacturing and distribution locations, product flow, and operating costs.
  • Develop structured approaches to assess improvement opportunities and define supply chain strategies.
  • Analyse supply chain network design, warehousing, distribution costs, and capacity utilization.
  • Assess inventory planning processes and recommend improvements to optimize service levels and working capital.
  • Develop transformation plans for transportation, freight optimization, and warehousing, including implementation plans and benefit estimates.

Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of consulting or industry experience in supply chain, distribution, or logistics.
  • Previous experience in distribution and logistics analysis/advisory within industry, consulting, or 3PL environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis.
  • Master’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
