Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the implementation of the ADP system;
  • Efficiently use payroll management systems, especially Workday and ADP;
  • Execute payroll processes, including salary calculations, benefits, bonuses, and deductions;
  • Perform termination calculations, considering all legal and contractual aspects;
  • Plan and manage vacation schedules, monitoring available balances, providing guidance to employees, and ensuring operational continuity;
  • Provide support on tax, labor, and social security regulations, staying updated on legislative changes;
  • Collaborate with international teams to align global best practices.
     

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Experience in implementing the ADP system and integrating it with payroll;
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, social security, and tax regulations applicable to payroll and personnel administration;
  • Fluent English;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Availability for hybrid work in Berrini.
