Responsabilidades:

  • Planejar, desenvolver e executar programas de treinamento e desenvolvimento para colaboradores;
  • Gerenciar plataformas de gestão de relatórios, incluindo análise e extração de dados;
  • Criar conteúdos para treinamentos, garantindo coerência com a identidade da empresa e a necessidade dos times;
  • Desenvolver materiais gráficos e visuais para treinamentos e apresentações, garantindo uma comunicação clara e atrativa;
  • Monitorar a efetividade dos treinamentos por meio de indicadores e feedbacks, propondo melhorias contínuas;
  • Apoiar na implementação de novas metodologias e ferramentas de T&D.

 

Requisitos:

  • Formação em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia com treinamentos e desenvolvimento organizacional;
  • Habilidade em design gráfico e criação de materiais de treinamento (diferencial);
  • Disponibilidade para atuar de forma híbrida na Berrini.
