Alongside our broader European DTS team colleagues, we define and deliver innovative strategic programs – aligning each digital initiative to a specific company goal- getting the client from where the company is today to where it wants to be in the future.


This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a ‘hands on’ team. As the Knowledge Management Intern, you will help the team get organised by collecting, curating, and documenting our internal collateral to support business development and client work. Through collaboration with DTS leadership, consultants, and our Global Knowledge Management team, you will play a key role in the internal operations of the practice and setting up systems to ensure the DTS team is able to capture, find, and reuse materials created during our client activities.

  • Develop an understanding of applied knowledge management practice in a global management consulting firm

  • The Main Tasks Will Include:

  • Engage with teams to understand existing knowledge materials and improve storage and accessibility.

  • Work with the internal Global Knowledge Management team to apply best practices in content capture, organization, and retrieval

  • Collect and organize knowledge assets while ensuring confidentiality.

  • Develop clear guidelines for knowledge-sharing within the team.

  • Create communication and training materials to support a strong knowledge-sharing culture.

  • Assist our Digital & Technology Team in London as they work with corporate, private equity, and financial institution clients.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related area or similar work/technical experience in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Technology, Information Science, or Library Science 

  • Demonstrated interest in content management, library science, archiving, or knowledge management. Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, Knowledge Management, or Archival Studies is preferred but not required

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise and work independently – especially in highly pressured situations

  • Some skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and/or SharePoint would be advantageous 

  • Fluent business level English. Additional European language skills including French, German, Spanish or Italian are highly desirable

  • Right to work in the UK

This role will commence on the 2nd of June for a three-month period.
