The Team

We are seeking a Business Analyst / PMO with a strong foundation in enterprise data management to support the execution of our data strategy. This hybrid role blends program management, business analysis, and data domain expertise to oversee and coordinate complex data initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring projects stay on track, align with strategic goals, and deliver business value.

How you will contribute

 Program Oversight & Execution

  • Track and manage budgets, timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies across multiple data-centric initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed program plans, issue logs, RAID logs, and resource trackers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including data engineering, governance, architecture, and business stakeholders.

 Data Strategy & Frameworks

  • Support the development and rollout of enterprise data governance models, integration plans, operating frameworks, and RACI diagrams.
  • Assist in defining and documenting data ownership, stewardship roles, and organizational structures supporting data capabilities.
  • Ensure all efforts are aligned with the broader data strategy roadmap and maturity targets.

Stakeholder Support & Communication

  • Prepare clear, compelling executive updates, PowerPoint presentations, and program-level status reports.
  • Translate complex data topics into business-relevant messaging for senior stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholder alignment across federated business units and technical teams.

 Execution & Risk Management

  • Monitor and flag project risks, blockers, and dependencies across the data program.
  • Ensure key milestones are met and escalate issues as needed.
  • Help prioritize work across data initiatives based on strategic value and resource capacity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data strategy execution, enterprise data governance, or data management programs.
  • Strong familiarity with data warehousing, master data management (MDM), metadata, and data quality initiatives.
  • 4–8 years in business analysis, PMO, or project coordination roles—ideally in data-heavy environments.
  • Skilled in financial tracking, stakeholder management, and program-level coordination.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, MS Project).
  • Ability to connect business priorities with technical solutions, ensuring data initiatives drive value.
  • Experience working in federated or matrixed organizations a plus.
