Overview of the Role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team plays a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the Middle East region. We partner closely with Business Units leads to deliver accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and robust planning. This role will be based in Riyadh, KSA and work directly with the FP&A Regional Manager to support high-impact initiatives and enhance financial transparency.

The Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will provide comprehensive financial and operational support across various Strategic Business Units (SBUs) in the Middle East region. The key responsibilities for this role include financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, operational analysis, and compliance reporting, while also supporting client invoicing and bond management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

FP&A

  • Assist the FP&A team in analyzing the P&L and overhead costs for the Middle East region.
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly Middle East financial packs and management reports.
  • Assist in preparing commentary and variance analysis for senior management reviews.
  • Provide regional operational support for SBU’s with Middle East presence, where SBU Operations require additional support.

Client Invoicing & WIP Management

  • Support the submission and tracking of client invoices and assist with the collections (as needed) for the region.

Bond Management

  • Take ownership of end-to-end performance and bid bond management for KSA and UAE.
  • Liaise with SBUs and Treasury to coordinate bond issuance, monitoring, and collection.

Local Compliance Reporting

  • Support the preparation and submission of the Local Content Certificate in KSA and In-Country Value (ICV) certificate in UAE.
  • Analyze compliance scores and contribute to initiatives that improve performance.

Requirements:

To be considered, you must possess:

  • KSA nationality
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning developing financial reports and metrics
  • Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent Arabic and English oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Professional approach, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative, innovative and team-oriented with a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Critical thinking with a proactive approach to identifying issues and recommending solutions.
  • Proficient in advanced computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
