Senior Associate, MDM specialist

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an MDM specialist to join our growing team. With our focus on innovation and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we seek an individual with who can be a part of our Data Office.

Reports to: Manager – Digital Technology Services
Location: Gurgaon/Bengaluru

Key responsibilities:
•Assist in the development and implementation of a master data management strategy, including policies, standards, and procedures.
•Help define and enforce data governance and data quality standards for master data.
•Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and prioritize master data domains and data elements.
•Support the integration of master data with other systems and applications, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
•Manage data quality processes, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation.
•Establish and maintain data stewardship roles and responsibilities for master data.
•Monitor and report on master data quality metrics and performance, and support data quality improvement initiatives.
•Provide training and support to data stewards and other stakeholders on MDM policies and processes.
•Maintain and update master data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation.
•Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations related to master data.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, or a related role.
•Strong understanding of MDM principles, frameworks, and best practices.
•Experience with data quality management, data integration, and data governance.
•Experience in the both the definition of relevant data governance and MDM metrics, their subsequent implementation and ongoing monitoring and reporting.
•Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
•Proficiency in MDM tools and technologies, such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or similar platforms, is a plus; Experience in the Informatica tooling domain is an added plus
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
