We are looking for a Manager to join our growing team. With our focus on innovation and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we seek an individual with who can be a part of our Data Office.
Reports to: Associate Director/Director – Digital Technology Services
Location: Gurgaon/Bengaluru
Key responsibilities:
•Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide MDM policies, standards, and governance frameworks
•Define, manage, and improve data quality and data governance processes across master data domains
•Collaborate with business units and technical teams to identify key data entities and align definitions, owners, and stewardship models
•Manage the integration of master data across platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
•Oversee and participate in data profiling, cleansing, validation, and enrichment initiatives
•Establish and operationalize data stewardship roles, workflows, and accountability structures
•Monitor and report on master data KPIs, identify data issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
•Maintain and enhance data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation
•Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) across data systems
•Mentor and guide junior team members and data stewards on MDM best practices and tooling
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, with 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance roles
•Proven track record of hands-on MDM implementation, including data modeling, hierarchy management, and rule-based validations
•Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, profiling, and stewardship models
•Hands-on experience with MDM and governance tools such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or equivalent (particularly Informatica)
•Familiarity with data integration techniques, APIs, and metadata management
•Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and governance compliance practices
•Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
•Experience leading cross-functional teams or mentoring others is highly preferred
