Key Responsibilities:

•Operate and monitor the data management platform, ensuring data integrity and timely processing.
•Input client-provided data into the platform and verify generated data packages before they are loaded into third party tax solutions.
•Collaborate with clients to understand data requirements and resolve any data discrepancies.
•Make modifications to the automation process using no-code solutions such as Azure Data Factory or Alteryx as needed.
•Maintain documentation of data processes, system configurations, and any modifications made to automation workflows.
•Work closely with the implementation team and other internal stakeholders to support system integration and client requirements.
•Provide routine system checks and generate performance reports to ensure optimal platform functionality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•4 – 7 years of hands-on experience with data management platforms and automation tools, preferably using no-code solutions like Azure Data Factory or Alteryx.
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot data issues effectively.
•Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Preferred Experience:
•Previous experience in a data operations or platform management role within a professional services or consulting environment.
•Familiarity with third party tax solutions and data integration processes is a plus.

What We Offer:
•A vibrant work culture within a firm committed to innovation and excellence.
•Opportunities for career development and professional training in advanced data and automation technologies.
•Competitive salary, benefits, and a supportive team environment.
