Who are we looking for?


As a Tax Technology Implementation Consultant, you will be instrumental in deploying advanced tax technology systems for our clients. You will either implement third party tax solutions (such
as Thomson Reuters One Source, Paguero, InsightSoftware, LongView, Avalara, Vertex, etc.) or set up ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) to support tax compliance functions including Corporate Income Tax, Indirect Tax, Provisioning, and BEPS Pillar 2. This role requires a blend of technical implementation expertise, basic tax or accounting knowledge, and strong client management skills.


How you will contribute


Key Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with clients and technology vendors to implement either third party tax solutions or configure ERP systems tailored to meet tax compliance requirements.
•For third party tax solutions, manage the configuration, deployment, and integration of systems with client environments; for ERP projects, work on setting up systems such as SAP or Oracle for tax processes.
•Act as a bridge between technical teams and tax/accounting professionals to ensure accurate system configuration and compliance with relevant tax regulations.
•Provide system demonstrations, training, and support to client teams during implementation and post-deployment phases.
•Conduct requirement analysis, document system configurations, and develop detailed implementation roadmaps.
•Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues in coordination with vendors, internal teams, and client representatives.
•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by offering insights on system enhancements and process optimizations.


Required Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
•Demonstrable experience in system implementation, preferably within tax or financial systems.
•Fundamental understanding of tax concepts and/or accounting principles.
•Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
•Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
•Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and/or third-party tax solutions is highly desirable.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Experience:
•4 – 7 years of hands on experience working on technology implementations for tax or finance functions, including ERP setups and/or third-party solution implementations.
•Exposure to project management and change management in a consulting or professional services environment.
