How will you contribute:


The Manager in the investment banking team will play a pivotal role in supporting senior bankers 
and will work with them in managing transactions from inception to completion. The candidate 
should have a strong background in financial analysis, pitches & collaterals preparation and 
diligence management with a strong desire to build expertise in Healthcare, Consumer & 
Consumer-tech and Manufacturing & Industrials sectors.

Origination Support:
•Conduct industry research and financial analysis to identify potential transaction opportunities.
•Preparation of pitches and proposals to secure new business.
Transaction Management:
•Play an important role in end-to-end execution, covering M&A, Private Equity and Structured 
Finance transactions.
•Proactively anticipate potential questions, engage with the client on data requirements, carry out 
analysis and facilitate due diligence process
•Independently manage collateral development with minimal guidance from senior team members
•Prepare marketing materials including teasers, information memorandums and other 
presentations.
•Prepare detailed financial models, perform transaction and valuation analyses.
•Conduct in-depth research on potential buyers or investors (and targets on buy-side 
transactions).


Client Management:
•Communicate directly with clients, potential buyers/investors and other advisors.
•Independently manage key leadership meetings; set meeting agendas, summarize next steps, and 
demonstrate strong listening skills
•Develop strong client relationships by consistently delivering high-quality outcomes and 
maintaining regular communication.
•Clearly and confidently articulate ideas in both written and verbal communications.

Team Collaboration:
•Work with other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
•Actively contribute to team discussions and leverage collective expertise to deliver exceptional 
client results.


Industry Knowledge:
•Stay informed on trends, regulations, and market dynamics impacting the sector of expertise.
•Possess strong knowledge of the chosen sector and its sub-sectors
•Contribute to thought leadership by analyzing sector trends and developing insights to support client decision-making


Basic Qualifications: 
CA/ MBA preferred from tier 1 institutions, with a strong academic background.


Experience: 
Minimum relevant experience of 3+ years in corporate finance.
