The Team

Join our Marketing/Go-to-Market team in Dubai, UAE, where you will play a pivotal role in driving A&M's growth story. As a Clients & Markets Events Manager, you will be an integral part of our strategic initiatives, providing hands-on support for our promotional brand-building activities with a focus on key regional events. This role requires a deep understanding of the broader go-to-market and marketing landscape to add value across different areas and connect the various moving parts. You will collaborate with promotional teams and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with broader brand and business goals. You will be reporting to the Regional Go to Market Leader Middle East.

How you will contribute

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute A&M-led promotional, brand building activities and high impact events that align with business objectives and regional market dynamics (UAE and KSA), ensuring seamless logistics, vendor management, and on-time delivery.
  • Build promotional campaigns and messaging around events and collaborate effectively with promotional teams (social media, PR, digital marketing) to ensure integrated messaging and cohesive strategies.
  • Adapt event strategies to local market needs in the UAE and KSA, considering regional dynamics, audience preferences, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the UAE and KSA markets, industry dynamics, and client needs, beyond just the marketing side.
  • Drive brand visibility and strengthen market positioning by leveraging events and integrated promotional efforts across multiple channels.
  • Manage event contracts, timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently, with a focus on delivering results and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in marketing teams & events management preferably in a fast-paced professional services environment or an event management company.
  • Deep knowledge of local markets, industry trends, and client needs, ensuring event strategies are relevant and aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong experience in project management and managing conflicting timelines and priorities.
  • Proven track record of exceeding expectations and driving results.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and external stakeholders. Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Professional approach, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and team-oriented with a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion.
