The Team 

A&M Poland is actively scaling up and seeks best-in-class professionals to join its growing team. The Financial Modelling team works on high-impact restructuring, performance improvement, and transformation projects for top corporate clients, private equity firms, and private business owners. 

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to impactful assignments across Europe. 

How you will contribute 

  • Support staff to advise stakeholders of companies facing financial difficulties, assessing group-level financial performance and subsidiary viability.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, cash flow analyses, and Independent Business Reviews.
  • Develop and implement profitability and working capital improvements to stabilize financial and operational performance.
  • Build and analyse integrated financial models, cash flow forecasts, and capital structure models.
  • Support valuation and debt capacity analysis to drive financial restructuring options.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and client stakeholders, often in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications 

  • Graduated BSc and preferably MSc degree from an accredited top-tier university 
  • Previous internships or part-time work experience within leading advisory firm (Big4 or boutique advisory firms), investment banks or private equity. 
  • Fluent Polish and English (both are mandatory) written and spoken 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, sound business-sense 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
