The Team

Joining a collaborative Talent Acquisition team of 40+ professionals across EMEA, the Talent Acquisition Research Intern will support internal recruitment initiatives through well-organised, accurate, and efficient work.

This internship is ideal for someone who is highly organised, data-savvy, and curious about recruitment, people analytics, or broader careers in HR and professional services. Based in our London office, the intern will work closely with the internal research function and TA colleagues to maintain systems, structure recruitment data, and contribute to projects across the region.

How You Will Contribute

  • Organise and maintain recruitment and project data across internal systems.

  • Assist with research projects across different regions and business units.

  • Clean, format, and analyse data to support hiring activity.

  • Help prepare reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas) and confidence using tools such as PowerPoint and SharePoint.

  • Comfortable working with large data sets; experience with data tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, structured approach.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages (especially French, German, Dutch, Spanish or Italian) are a plus.
