About the Role:
Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate, Global Campaigns to join our Global Marketing team in Tampa. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the execution of global marketing campaigns, including social media, web content, SEO, and thought leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while interacting with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution:

    • Collaborate with team members to execute marketing tasks such as content creation, campaign management, and performance reporting.

    • Develop proficiency in marketing technology platforms including Account Engagement, Salesforce, Dataroma, Drupal, Cvent, and Oktopost.

    • Master technical skills and understand the end-to-end campaign process.

  • Training and Development:

    • Engage in continuous learning of A&M's campaign planning and management processes, including project intake, asset development, content proofing, and campaign tracking.

    • Demonstrate reliability, urgency, and responsiveness to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.

  • Communication:

    • Communicate effectively with internal clients, global marketing teams, and vendors, adapting communication styles to suit different audiences and situations.

    • Pay close attention to detail, proofread materials, respond promptly to feedback, and build confidence in presenting and facilitating meetings.

  • Problem-Solving:

    • Anticipate campaign challenges early, deescalate issues, and collaborate with managers to find solutions.

    • Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and communicate proactively when facing bandwidth issues or difficulty meeting deadlines.

  • Best Practices:

    • Apply best practices and communicate potential improvements to leadership.

    • Build relationships with marketing peers, understand business and market priorities, and use these insights to confidently offer recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a corporate marketing organization, ideally supporting global marketing efforts in a matrixed environment with multiple divisions and business units.

  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign structures, best practices, and project planning and management techniques.

  • Experience in organizing and analyzing campaign results, with the ability to discern engagement trends.

  • Proven track record in executing multifaceted marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media, digital advertising, and data components.

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined periodically as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.
