Supporting your interview journey

Our application process is simple! We appreciate the effort that’s gone into writing a great resume that best represents you and your experiences. A customized summary at the top of your resume that highlights your interest in the role and why you are looking to join us would go a long way in delivering the key messages you want to convey to our talent and hiring teams. Interviewing is a two-way journey where we can learn more about you and allow you an opportunity to learn more about our people, culture, values, the opportunities you'll have when you join us and all that you could achieve with us.

During interviews, we follow behavioral-based techniques to drive the conversation with you. We look forward to hearing about the projects you’ve been a part of, led or brought into previous firms. Depending on the position you're interviewing for, the number of interviews will vary, and you may be asked to complete a case study, business plan or a specialist technical assessment. When you have your initial conversation with the Talent team, they will provide you with all the information you need to prepare for interviews.

Who you’ll work with

Tabitha Lord is an Associate with Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) Private Equity Performance Improvement practice in London. She has four years of experience in data analytics in areas including data modelling, diagnostic analytics and data visualisation. Whilst at A&M she has undertaken a varied portfolio of work across Private Equity, Corporate Transformation, Tax and Disputes & Investigations. She has; Worked with a large European retailer to provide insight for multiple companies looking at their "order to cash", "purchase to pay" and "forecast-to-fulfil" cycles. This was completed by an analysis of supplier, customer and SKU data to help identify areas of opportunity.

James Lei is a Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Disputes and Investigations practice in Shanghai. He brings 19 years of experience in forensic and investigative accounting, audit and finance. Mr. Lei specializes in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) compliance and investigations, accounting fraud investigations as well as other types of fraud investigations. He has worked with clients across various industries, including pharmaceutical and medical devices, technology and telecommunications, fashion, logistics, aviation, real estate, construction and manufacturing.
