Early career recruiting at A&M occurs year-round. We encourage you to start connecting with us as early as your freshman or sophomore year to learn about who we are and what we do. Most interviews are held in the fall of your junior or senior year, though some teams also recruit in the spring. In certain regions in Europe and Asia, we seek interns, working students and school leavers throughout the year. Interviewing with us is a two-way process where we get to know you better and you get to learn more about our people, culture, values, and the opportunities available to you when you join us. Our interviews use behavioral-based techniques to guide our conversations. We are eager to hear about previous projects you’ve participated in, led, or initiated. Depending on the role, the number of interviews may vary, and you could be asked to complete a case study, business plan, or technical assessment. During your initial conversation with the Talent team, they will provide you with all the necessary information to prepare for your interviews.
