Jayde Desprez-Lin is an Analyst with Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Performance Improvement in Seattle. She specializes in finance, supply chain, and operations management. Prior to joining A&M, Jayde served as a Financial Planning and Analysis Intern at Expedia Group in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, she was responsible for variances in P&L data to identify high-cost centres and provide operational efficiency recommendations to senior leadership. Jayde earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at University of Washington’s Michael G. Foster School of Business, with a concentration in supply chain and operations management.
Marcelo Gomes is a Managing Director and head of Alvarez & Marsal Restructuring in Brazil. He focuses on formulating financial strategies for restructuring processes, leading negotiation processes and developing performance improvement plans. In addition, he has led the main privatization processes in Brazil, having specialized in financial strategies for merger and acquisition and corporate turnarounds. With more than 20 years of financial restructuring experience, Mr. Gomes has advised on numerous local and international deals and processes in most of the important economic segments and industries in Latin America.
