Oliver works across EMEA to connect, attract, and hire exceptional senior talent into A&M, with his vast networks and breadth of inhouse executive search expertise, almost exclusively within the Professional Services sector. Oliver has with a wide range of agency, outsourced and head-hunting experience, recruiting across multiple lines of service, industries & international territories. As an in-house Talent leader across a range of high-profile consulting firms, he thrives on defining & delivering global strategies, tools and initiatives that help the Talent Acquisition function to define, attract, assess, nurture and retain great talent.
